We love our pets!  Most of our properties are pet friendly with ceramic tile, hardwood, or vinyl floors and fenced yards.

There is a $300. pet fee for the first pet.  Additional deposit may be required for additional pets.  The fee provides that the yards are adequately treated in between pet residents.

Several of our homes are cat friendly and some are not.  Please inquire.
